Operational Recommendations

  • Do not permanently hard-code bank schedules.
  • Distinguish a confirmed failure from an unresolved result during maintenance.
  • After a remittance timeout, resolve the original before creating another transaction.
  • Provide an operational control to suspend transactions for one bank during an outage.
  • Show the bank, expected recovery time, and retry guidance to customers.
